The site records what changes, why, evidence, and uncertainty. It should make
clear which decisions Josh makes and which work Ouro actually performs.

export of private conversations, company memory, task records, or Git logs.

Current question: can this collaboration produce something useful to a real
user, and can we demonstrate the process honestly?
